Mental visualization is the most powerful tool available bar none.

Bilal: if this is such a powerful thing, why isn’t this taught, why isn’t this a widely known thing?

Jannell: There has become a stigma about taking a break to do mental well-being and practicing your trait mentally. It’s every career field everywhere. Our youth today are very overscheduled, very taxed part of your day. We start to day dream almost half of our day. But day dreaming is different than mind wandering, tune in tot find out more.

Episode 6

Inside your own mind to conquer yourself, find yourself, and compete globally with the best.

Meditate: whole job is to get your mind in the future, but today

Always someone who has it worse but has more hope, always someone who has had it worse and is happy now.

Sometimes you have to fake it to make it.

You should be your own biggest fan.

Have a goal that you can measure the smallest wins to celebrate.

Celebrate each win.

Visualize yourself being and acting what you want as your brain builds the necessary componentry to do it.

100% expect that house is coming from somewhere.

When you chase something it runs, when you sit and expect it to come, it comes to you out of curiosity.

Giving back and serving others is a necessary step to joy and happiness. Find a way to make it a foundation of your life, be ready and willing to sacrifice a major event for a friend or family member who needs you.

Relax and let what you want come to you.
